Disordered Eating, Obesity and Eating Disorders

The Los Altos -Mountain View PTA Council celebrates Healthy Lifestyles Month.

This talk included dealing with the psychological aspects of eating. Grace presented the latest about childhood/teen nutrition.

Stress at school and home may have a negative effect on a student's food choices and eating patterns. Mountain View and Los Altos High Schools recently participated in the Stanford Stressed Out Students Conference. The teams learned about maintaining healthy lifestyles for success in life.
